Why I built Circa
Calendars stack hours like bricks, to-do apps line them up like a queue, and most they work well, even for myself. Yet neither captures the way time actually feels; looping, layered, occasionally collapsing into itself.
Circa started as a call back to when I first discovered spiraldexes, I was interitgued and enthralled that such a visual way of representing my hours existed and I knew I had to try it.

Each loop a chunk of hours, each color an activity, the whole thing visible at a glance. It worked excellenctly as a loose planner for my chaotic days, I knew I had to spread the beautiful simplicity to others.
Now the classic spiraldex is an app. It is still small on purpose. The point was never to organize everything; it was to make a single, beautiful surface for the only thing that actually matters how you spent today.
